Integrate IC Project with email and work more comfortably every day

Import emails to IC Project (Mail → ICP)

The integration allows you to create tasks, notes, and comments in IC Project directly from your email. Each message sent to a dedicated inbox address will be automatically converted into a new item in the system.

1. Go to the section in IC Project “Feed box” in the left menu.
2. Copy the dedicated email address that appears at the top of the description.
3. Send an email to this address.
4. Make sure you send a message from the email address associated with your IC Project account.
5. After a few seconds, the message will appear in IC Project.
6. You can immediately add a note, create a task or comment on an existing one — also with attachments.

Export activities from IC Project to e-mail (ICP → Mail)

Thanks to the integration, you can also receive notifications and updates from IC Project directly in your inbox. This allows you to respond faster and stay on top of projects.

1. In IC Project, go to “Notification Settings”.
2. Choose what types of activity you want to receive in your email (e.g. new tasks, comments, deadlines).
3. Save your settings — From now on, emails will automatically notify you of changes to your projects.
