Challenges
Rzeszow University of Technology has been educating students in the field of technical and engineering project management for years. The university was looking for a solution that would allow students to work in an environment close to the real project system, and for lecturers — to monitor the progress of the teams' work on an ongoing basis.
Traditional methods based on sheets or presentations did not allow to fully reflect the complexity of the design work. A tool was needed that would allow students to experience what planning, communication, and task control look like in practice.
Purchase decision and objections
The most important selection criterion was the provision of a simple system, accessible online and adapted to didactics. There were questions about whether the tool used in business would work in the academic environment and whether students would be able to use it in a short semester cycle.

Deployment process
