The IC Project Referral Program allows you to recommend a company that may need a system for project management and work organization. Simply provide us with the company details and the contact person’s information using the referral form. Our team then takes over the entire process: we contact the referred company, learn about its needs, present IC Project, and handle the sales conversations. If the process results in the purchase of an annual plan for at least 5 users, the Referrer receives PLN 1,000.
Anyone who knows a company that may be interested in IC Project can take part in the Program. You do not need to be an existing IC Project customer or a member of the Partner Program. The Referral Program was created as a simpler way to recommend IC Project, without the need to sign a partnership agreement or actively participate in the sales process.
The PLN 1,000 reward is granted when the referred company decides to purchase IC Project on an annual plan for at least 5 users and completes the order. The referral must relate to a new sales opportunity, not a company that is already an IC Project customer or is currently involved in an active sales process with us. This allows us to clearly attribute the sale to a specific referral.
No. The Referrer’s role is simply to recommend the company and provide the details of a person we can contact. Discovery, the system presentation, needs analysis, preparation of the offer, negotiations, and finalization of the sale are all handled by the IC Project team. The Referrer does not need to know the product in detail or convince the company to make a purchase.
Yes. The Program is not limited to a single referral. You can recommend IC Project to multiple companies, and each referral is reviewed separately. If several companies referred by you meet the Program conditions and start an annual subscription with IC Project, you can receive a separate PLN 1,000 reward for each successful referral.
Once we receive the form, the IC Project team verifies the referral and checks whether the company qualifies for the Program. We then contact the referred person and run our standard sales process, tailored to the organization’s needs. If the sale is successfully completed in accordance with the Program conditions, we inform the Referrer that the reward has been earned and explain the next steps related to payment.
The exact payment method and timing depend on the applicable settlement and tax requirements. Once all Program conditions have been met, we contact the Referrer to confirm the details needed to process the reward payment.
