IC Project Referral Program Terms and Conditions
§ 1. General provisions
- These terms and conditions set out the rules for participating in the IC Project Referral Program, hereinafter referred to as the “Program”.
- The Program is organised by nGroup System Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Malików 150d, 25-639 Kielce, Poland, NIP: 9591926129, REGON: 260468463, KRS: 0000385149, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
- The purpose of the Program is to enable interested persons to recommend the IC Project system to other companies and organisations and to receive a reward for a successful referral.
- Participation in the Program is voluntary and does not require entering into a separate partnership agreement with the Organizer.
- The Program is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland for an indefinite period, until it is terminated by the Organizer.
§ 2. Definitions
- Referrer – a natural person, a sole trader or a business entity who makes a Referral in accordance with these Terms.
- Referred Company – an entrepreneur or other organisation indicated by the Referrer as potentially interested in using IC Project.
- Referral – the correct submission of the form available on the Program page, containing the data required by the Organizer.
- Successful Referral – a Referral that has led the Referred Company to enter into an agreement regarding the use of IC Project on the terms set out in § 5.
- Reward – a cash benefit of PLN 1,000 due to the Referrer for each Successful Referral.
§ 3. Rules of participation in the Program
- The Referrer makes a Referral through the form available on the IC Project website.
- The form should contain at least:
a) the Referrer’s full name and email address,
b) the name of the Referred Company,
c) the details of the contact person at the Referred Company,
d) the email address or telephone number of the contact person. - The data provided in the form should be true and up to date, and should allow identification of the Referrer and the Referred Company.
- The Referrer may make more than one Referral. Each Referral is considered separately.
- The Referrer is not entitled to act on behalf of the Organizer, to make offers, assurances or commitments, or to negotiate terms of cooperation with the Referred Company.
- Making a Referral does not automatically confer the right to a Reward.
§ 4. Verification of a Referral
- Every Referral is subject to verification by the Organizer.
- A Referral does not qualify for the Program if, at the time it is made, the Referred Company:
a) is an IC Project customer,
b) is already in an active sales process conducted by the Organizer,
c) has previously been successfully referred by another person,
d) in the period of 6 months preceding the Referral held talks with the Organizer regarding the purchase of IC Project, provided that the Organizer has such a sales opportunity in its database. - If the same company is independently referred by more than one person, the Referrer is deemed to be the person whose correct Referral was registered first.
- Referring one’s own company, or an entity with which the Referrer is directly connected through ownership, does not entitle the Referrer to receive a Reward.
- Referrals originating from mass-acquired contact databases, automated data collection, spam or other activities that do not constitute a genuine recommendation may be rejected.
- The final qualification of a Referral is made on the basis of the data held in the Organizer’s systems.
§ 5. Conditions for receiving the Reward
- The Referrer acquires the right to a Reward if all of the following conditions are met jointly:
a) the Referral has been correctly made and accepted by the Organizer,
b) the Referred Company enters into an agreement with the Organizer regarding IC Project,
c) the agreement covers an annual plan for a minimum of 5 paid users,
d) the Referred Company makes the required payment for the order. - The Reward is granted for acquiring a new IC Project customer, and not for merely providing contact details, holding a presentation, starting a trial period or receiving an offer.
- The right to a Reward does not arise if the sale is not finalised, or if the payment is cancelled, refunded or not effectively made.
- One Referred Company may form the basis for the payment of one Reward, regardless of the number of users, plans or additional services purchased.
- A Referral remains valid for 180 days from the date of its correct submission. If the conditions of a Successful Referral are not met within that time, the right to a Reward expires.
§ 6. Payment of the Reward
- The amount of the Reward for one Successful Referral is PLN 1,000.
- Once the conditions of the Program have been met, the Organizer will contact the Referrer in order to establish the data necessary for the payment and the correct settlement of the Reward.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Referrer, within 30 days from the date on which all conditions for payment of the Reward have been met and the required data or documents have been provided to the Organizer.
- The method of settling the Reward, including any tax obligations, depends on the status of the Referrer and is carried out in accordance with applicable law.
- The Organizer may withhold payment until it receives the data or documents necessary to correctly make and settle the payment.
§ 7. Abuse and exclusions
- The Organizer may refuse to grant a Reward if it finds an attempt to circumvent the rules of the Program, the provision of false data, a sham Referral or any other action contrary to the purpose of the Program.
- In particular, it is not permitted to create artificial Referrals, to submit one’s own entities solely in order to obtain a Reward, or to make Referrals without the knowledge of the person whose contact details are provided.
- The Referral Program cannot be combined with the IC Project Partner Program in respect of the same sale. One transaction may not form the basis for the payment of two different commissions or rewards.
- In the event of justified doubts, the Organizer may ask the Referrer for additional information necessary to verify the Referral.
§ 8. Personal data
- The controller of personal data processed in connection with the Program is nGroup System Sp. z o.o.
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the IC Project Privacy Policy available on the Organizer’s website.
- By providing the details of the contact person at the Referred Company, the Referrer declares that this person is aware of the Referral made and of the possibility of being contacted by IC Project, and that the data was not obtained unlawfully.
- The Organizer may contact the Referred Company in order to verify its interest in IC Project and to conduct the sales process in accordance with applicable law.
§ 9. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the Program may be submitted electronically to support@icproject.com.
- A complaint should contain data enabling identification of the Referrer, a description of the matter and the expected way of resolving it.
- The Organizer considers a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
§ 10. Changes and termination of the Program
- The Organizer may amend these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in particular for organisational, business or legal reasons.
- An amendment or termination of the Program does not affect the rights to a Reward arising from Referrals made before the date on which the change takes effect, provided that the conditions of the Terms in force at the time of the Referral are subsequently met.
- Information about an amendment to the Terms or the termination of the Program will be published on the IC Project website.
§ 11. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply.
- The Terms are available free of charge on the IC Project website.
- Making a Referral constitutes confirmation that the Referrer has read the Terms and accepts their provisions.
- The Terms are effective as of 28.08.2026.
