Import events from Apple Calendar to IC Project (Apple → ICP)

The integration allows you to synchronize events scheduled in Apple Calendar with the calendar in IC Project. As a result, all appointments and appointments will automatically appear in ICP, making it easier to manage responsibilities and projects.

1. Open Calendar in IC Project and go to the section “Synchronizations”.
2. Copy the generated address URL from IC Project.
3. Launch the application Calendario on your Apple device.
4. Select from the menu “File” → “New Calendar Subscription”.
5. Paste the copied URL and click “Subscribe”.
6. In the new window, select the calendar settings and recommended Refresh every 5 minutes.
7. click “OK” — IC Project calendar will appear on the left in the section “Subscriptions”.

Export events from IC Project to Apple Calendar (ICP → Apple)

With this integration, events and tasks created in IC Project can automatically appear in your Apple Calendar. So you have a preview of all your tasks in one place — on your computer, iPhone or iPad.

1. In IC Project, go to project calendar.
2. click “Synchronizations” and copy the address of the ICP calendar in the format iCal (ICAL).
3. Launch the application Calendario on your Apple device.
4. Select from the menu “File” → “New Calendar Subscription”.
5. Paste the address and click “Subscribe”.
6. Set auto-refresh to maintain full synchronization.
