Challenges

Organique is a cosmetics brand that has been combining manual recipes with a modern approach to business for years. As the company grew and the product portfolio expanded, there was a need for better management of implementation projects — from product ideas to marketing activities.

Work between departments, especially between production, marketing and sales, required constant coordination. Previous methods — based on spreadsheets, emails and instant messaging — have caused misunderstandings and delays in planning. What was missing was a single system that allowed all departments to operate in a consistent and predictable manner.
