This is an extraordinary project that we have worked on for a long time, using years of implementation experience from different industries. The new template centre is a real source of inspiration, offering dozens of ready-made templates tailored to different industries and project processes. Each template is ready to be implemented at the click of a button, making project creation easier and more efficient ? Browsing through our template centre, you will find a variety of projects, from the less complex to the more advanced. We have focused on both task-based organisation and advanced structure built with stages and task boards. Each template is available for detailed preview, where you will find a description, application and even sample visualisations ?

Discovering a new system for filtering data on a Gantt chart! ?

Now, with this tool, you can precisely filter data by milestones, boards, task types, statuses and assigned users. This is a revolutionary step towards flexible project schedule management.To find the new option, simply navigate to the project of your choice (you must have management access on that project) and then visit the 'Gantt' tab. At this point you are on a Gantt schedule inside a specific project. In the top right-hand corner you will find a special icon that is responsible throughout the system for advanced search (I'm sure you know it!). Once clicked, the entire data search mechanism will appear on the right. Select whatever you like and adapt the schedule to your own needs ?

Explore the new alert system in the finance module ?

Another new feature is the alert system in the finance module. Instant information on cost overruns in relation to estimated costs helps avoid unpleasant surprises.In practice, this is an extremely important piece of information that you don't have to control manually, and the system will show this with a special icon ? The icon will automatically appear as soon as the executed cost exceeds the estimated cost. Of course, the whole mechanism is available in the 'Finance' tab that you will find in the project ?

Days off on all schedules! ?

Now your company's days off will be visible on all project schedules. Whether you are working on a Gantt schedule or a task from a Kanban board, you will know which days are off. This convenience will allow for better planning and time management.You can easily control the scheduling of all projects (Gantt view in the projects module), the Gantt chart inside the project (Gantt tab in the project), as well as tasks from the Kanban board in the schedule view (Gantt button on the board), and everywhere including days off in your company ? Each day off will be shown accordingly on the schedule, that you will definitely not miss it. Remember that the marked days off will only be on the daily view of the schedules, use the adjust view option in the top left corner for this ? January in IC Project was intense.
