🗓️ Leave Alerts – control exactly when you need it
Managing absences often comes down to one challenge: it’s easy to overlook when someone exceeds their leave allowance.
That’s why IC Project now offers leave alerts, which notify you at the exact moment a request is approved.
It’s a small change, but it makes a big difference.
Instead of checking data “by eye” or after the fact, you immediately see:
- whether the limit has been exceeded,
- by how many days,
- and can make an informed decision.
Effect? Greater control and fewer errors, without complicating the process.
⏱️ Detailed Work Time Report – the full picture in one place
Time-tracking data is only valuable if it’s easy to understand.
That’s why IC Project now offers a detailed work time report, showing each entry in full context.
No more piecing together information from multiple views — everything is in one place:
task, project, user, time range, and description.
This means you can:
- analyze team performance faster,
- manage project accounting more easily,
- gain complete transparency over work data.
This report doesn’t just show numbers — it gives real insight into what’s happening in your projects.
⚙️ Greater control over tasks and project security
In team work, small changes can have big consequences — especially when they involve deadlines or deleting tasks.
That’s why IC Project added new settings that let you define exactly:
- who can change task deadlines,
- who can delete tasks.
This ensures:
- schedules stay consistent,
- risk of accidental changes is minimized,
- team work is more secure.
Importantly, these settings can be applied globally, so you don’t need to configure them for each project individually.
How to apply these settings:
1️⃣ Go to Settings (from your avatar in the top-right corner)
2️⃣ Open the Projects box and select Project Settings
3️⃣ Adjust the available toggles according to your organization’s needs

💬 Surveys in the communicator – decisions without leaving the chat
Fast team decisions often get stuck because there’s no simple way to collect opinions.
That’s why surveys are now available directly in the IC Project communicator.
You can ask your team a question and gather answers without leaving the conversation — no extra tools, no chaos, no long discussions.
This simple feature:
- speeds up decision-making,
- engages your team,
- organizes communication.
How to create a survey:
1️⃣ Open any chat or thread
2️⃣ Click the “+” button next to the message field
3️⃣ Select Create Survey
Then:
• type your question
• add answer options
• choose voting type (single or multiple choice)
And you’re done! 🚀
