IC Project June Update – Better Team Communication and Smarter Project Financial Management

June brings another important update to IC Project, focusing on two key areas that directly impact everyday teamwork: communication and project financial management.

Our goal is to continuously improve IC Project so teams can manage their entire workflow in one place—from planning projects and collaborating with colleagues to controlling budgets, costs, and revenues. This release introduces a full messenger view, contextual message search, and full integration with the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

💬 Full Messenger View

The IC Project messenger is now available as a dedicated module in the left-hand navigation menu, providing a much more convenient way to manage team communication.

All private, group, project, and task conversations are now accessible from one central location, making it easier to switch between discussions and keep track of ongoing collaboration across multiple projects.

The new interface also includes conversation filters, quick access to pinned messages, and organized media such as files, images, and links. Everything has been designed to make daily communication faster, clearer, and more efficient without relying on external messaging tools.

🔎 Contextual Message Search

Finding important information in long conversations has never been easier.

The new contextual search allows you to search an entire conversation for keywords, links, or previous decisions within seconds. After selecting a result, IC Project takes you directly to the exact message while displaying the surrounding conversation, giving you full context instead of an isolated search result.

This makes it significantly easier to revisit discussions, retrieve important decisions, and save time when working with extensive chat histories.

🧾 Full KSeF Integration

One of the most anticipated features is now available.

IC Project now offers full integration with the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). In addition to sending invoices, users can now import purchase and sales invoices directly from KSeF and instantly create project-related costs and revenues.

The system automatically fills in invoice data, reducing manual work and minimizing the risk of errors. Individual invoices can also be split into multiple costs and assigned to different projects, stages, boards, or tasks, providing much greater flexibility in project financial management.
