Now even more information in every notification!

We’ve updated our notification system so that our users can access key information faster and more conveniently, without having to open the app. Now, both push and email notifications provide more details, allowing you to quickly understand what a message, task, or comment is about. This gives you greater control and saves valuable time. This update will also please smartwatch users—notifications on your watch now contain all the essential information, so a quick glance is often enough to stay in the loop.

New risk management module for projects

We are introducing an entirely new risk management module, offering teams even greater capabilities for monitoring and controlling project risks. With this tool, you can efficiently identify and assess risks, minimizing potential negative impacts. All of this is easily accessible in the "Risk" tab within your project.[video width="1900" height="954" mp4="https://icproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Risk-management.mp4"][/video]You can enable the risk management module in the system settings (Settings -> System -> Modules) and also in the individual settings for each project (by clicking the three dots on the right -> Project Settings -> Risk). Once you've done that, go to the selected project and visit the 'Risk' tab in the top menu of the project. This is a dedicated space where you can collect and manage the risks associated with that project.When adding a risk, you can define its name, description, type, as well as specify its impact on the project, probability of occurrence, assign responsible persons, and set a date. This gives you full control over the risks that may affect the schedule, budget, or other key aspects of the project.

Filtering recurring tasks!

Did you know that in IC Project, you can easily create recurring tasks? This ensures that each task appears exactly when it needs your attention. Now, we’re excited to introduce a new feature—filtering recurring tasks!To use this option, go to your preferred task view, either through the task module in the left menu or the task tab within a project. Then, click on the funnel icon for advanced search options. At the bottom of the screen, you'll find a new toggle that allows you to display only recurring tasks.[video width="1900" height="954" mp4="https://icproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Task-repeat.mp4"][/video]With this feature, you can easily filter all tasks with built-in recurrence—essentially, tasks that repeat automatically. It’s time to automate your workflow!

Viewing graphic files in a task with arrow keys

You can now navigate through all graphic files in a task using the arrow keys on your keyboard or the arrows on the left and right sides of your screen.[video width="1900" height="954" mp4="https://icproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Graphs-transfer.mp4"][/video]To discover the new feature, add several graphic files to your task (e.g., in .jpg or .png formats). Then, navigate to the files tab within the task and select the first file. At this point, a preview mode for all files in the task will open, allowing you to navigate using the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard or simply using the arrows on your screen, just like you would in photo viewers.With the ability to filter recurring tasks, easily browse graphic files using arrows, and receive updated notifications that provide more detailed information, work organization has become even more efficient. These innovations address the needs of our users, allowing for better task and project management. It’s time to fully maximize the potential of IC Project!
