ECO Energy Poland operates on the basis of an unusual management model - Scrum and holocracy. The absence of a classic hierarchy increases the autonomy of the team, but requires efficient communication and flow of information. The company carries out many parallel projects, often with the participation of external designers. Previous use of several separate tools led to:

A big facilitation was the rapid implementation of external designers - new people can start working in the system with virtually no additional training.
