The January update of IC Project is two specific improvements that organize the daily work of teams, especially where projects are connected with finances and current communication.
We have added integration with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), thanks to which you can handle invoices directly in IC Project, without external tools. The changes are complemented by sound notifications in the messenger, which help not to miss important news in the process of work.
This update is focused on Less switching between systems and Better control of what's happening here and now.
🧾 IC Project integration with KSeF
We have provided full integration of IC Project with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
With it, you can both download revenue invoices directly from KSeF, as well as send VAT invoices issued in IC Project without the use of external accounting programs or additional integrators.
This solution organizes the work with invoices and allows you to manage them in one place together with projects, tasks and billing.
In practice, this means less manual data transfer, fewer errors and full control over the status of documents.
The integration works directly from the Invoices module. After configuration, the system automatically downloads revenue invoices from KSeF, and VAT invoices issued in IC Project can be sent to KSeF with one click. In addition, you have access to shipping statuses and UPO, without the need to log in to external systems.
You can pin invoices to projects and billing, so that the entire financial data is consistent with the operational work of the team. This is especially useful in design, service and manufacturing companies, where finances are closely linked to the implementation of projects.

🔔 Sound notifications in messenger
The second change is smaller, but very practical.
We added sound notifications to the messenger in IC Project. From now on you will hear a signal when a new message appears even if you are currently working in another module or have several tabs open.
This solution is especially useful in teamwork, when the communicator is used for current project arrangements, and messages often require a quick response.
You no longer have to constantly “peek” to see if something new has appeared. The system itself will let you know.
