The law firm works in a highly interdisciplinary model, where people from different departments collaborate on one task. So far, this has led to information chaos: hundreds of tasks carried out in parallel, distributed reporting in emails and Excel, manual creation of reports for clients, limited visibility of the workload of employees and the risk of skipping tasks.
